• All orders are meticulously handcrafted, quality-checked, and processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

• For custom orders, personalized items, or bulk corporate/event batches, processing may take an additional 3–5 business days. You will be notified of the estimated timeline upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• We ship domestically across India using DTDC as courier partners.

• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on the delivery destination.

• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total package weight/volume. (Optional: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 1,499]).

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking link, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real time.

4. Packaging & Transit Care

• Because our products include delicate soy wax candles and stone-cast Jesmonite pieces, we use secure, eco-friendly cushioning and sturdy packaging materials to prevent breakage during transit.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• While we pack every item securely, rough handling during transit can occasionally cause issues.
